Artist can upload up to 3 entries.

Each upload has the same two follow up questions (#13 & #14).

  1. Agreement to Terms & Conditions

Eligibility: The Contest is open to artists of all ages and nationalities, except where prohibited by law. Employees, contractors, and affiliates of GOFM and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

Artwork Submission: Artwork must be an original creation of the submitting artist and adhere to the theme and guidelines specified by the Contest. Each artist may submit only one entry to the Contest, and artwork must be submitted through the official submission process provided by the Contest organizers.

Artwork Rights: By submitting artwork to the Contest, the artist retains all copyright and intellectual property rights to their work. However, the artist grants GOFM a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, distribute, and display the submitted artwork for promotional and marketing purposes related to the Contest. Artist also agrees that the art will not be reproduced by others for at minimum three years.

Winner Notification: Winners will be notified through the contact information provided during submission. If a winner cannot be contacted within 15 days of the announcement, their prize may be forfeited, and an alternate winner may be selected.

Publicity: Winners of the Contest may be required to participate in promotional activities related to the Contest, including interviews, press releases, and social media posts.

Artists will be invited to the unveiling at the Market on October 29, 2023 at 10:30 AM. Market is held from 9 AM - 1 PM. More details will be sent to winners. Please block time in your calendar to be there so we can spotlight your hard work!

Disqualification: GOFM reserves the right to disqualify any entry that violates these terms and conditions or is deemed inappropriate, offensive, or infringing upon the rights of others.

Prizes: Prizes for the Contest will be detailed in the official Contest announcement or website. Prizes are non-transferable and non-exchangeable. Any taxes on the prizes are the sole responsibility of the winners.

Liability: GOFM and its affiliates, sponsors, and partners are not responsible for any loss, injury, or damage resulting from participation in the Contest or the use of any prize.

Amendments: GOFM reserves the right to amend or modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated through the official Contest website.
