What can I expect at this event?

The Silvestermeile in Munich is a spectacular event featuring innovative high-end laser projections and video mapping that bathe the historic architecture in a magical light atmosphere. You will experience an impressive combination of light and laser shows as well as a varied program on four stages with live artists and DJs for all ages – a cosmopolitan and colorful New Year's Eve that combines culture and tradition with state-of-the-art technology.

Where does the event take place?

The "Silvestermeile München 2025" will take place on December 31 on Ludwigstraße between Siegestor and Schellingstraße.

Does the event take place indoors or outdoors?

The Munich Silvestermeile is an outdoor event, and the entire program takes place outside.

How long does the event last?

The event site is open from 6:30 PM to 2:00 AM (January 1, 2026) and can be accessed via several entrances. More information about the entrances will be provided shortly.

Will food and drinks be available for purchase on site?

You can purchase food and drinks at this event. We are happy to announce that we will be providing vegan and gluten-free options!

Is there parking available on site?

Unfortunately, there is no parking available at this venue. We therefore recommend that you do not travel by car.

Will there be additional sessions/dates?

Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that there will be additional dates. You can find the latest information on availability on the page with the confirmed dates and times.

Can I buy tickets at the venue?

Remaining tickets for Silvestermeile 2025 are expected to still be available online on the day of the event.

No, your contactless tickets will be validated directly in the Fever app.

I can't find my ticket. What can I do?

You can find your ticket in the Fever app, in the "Tickets" section. If you haven't installed the app yet, you can download it from the Apple Store or Google Play. Please remember to log in with the same account you used to purchase your tickets. If you still can't find your ticket, please contact us.

Are refunds possible? What is the exchange policy?

Ticket returns or refunds are not possible.

Accessibility

Can I bring animals with me? Are service dogs allowed?

Animals are not allowed on the event grounds. An exception is made for trained assistance dogs, provided that appropriate proof is presented at the entrance to the event grounds. However, assistance dogs should be accustomed to large crowds and loud noises.

Is the venue accessible?

The event site is located on a public street. The event is barrier-free.

What items are prohibited at this event? Is smoking or vaping permitted on site?

For security reasons, bags and persons will be checked at the entrance. Please note which items are permitted and which are prohibited. Only bags/backpacks with a maximum size of A4 may be brought to the event.

The following items are prohibited on the event grounds: Weapons, sharp objects, pyrotechnic items such as fireworks, torches, or smoke candles, illegal substances such as drugs or narcotics. Large backpacks, selfie sticks, large umbrellas (except folding umbrellas), and all umbrellas with metal tips, camping equipment, and food and beverages are also prohibited. Glass bottles, glass containers, PET and other reusable containers, and cans are also not allowed on the event grounds. Handbags with maximum dimensions of 21 × 29.7 × 15 cm (corresponding to DIN A4) are permitted. Bringing seat cushions is permitted.

Are there tickets for caregivers?

Yes, tickets with accompanying persons are available for severely disabled and/or wheelchair users.

Is the experience accessible to deaf/visually impaired people?

In principle, visiting the Munich Silvestermeile is also possible for deaf or visually impaired people.

Are strobe lights used during the event?

Yes, a light and laser show is an essential part of the event. Therefore, a visit may not be suitable for people who are sensitive to this.

Are there seats available? Can I sit down during the experience/exhibition?

There will be only a few seating areas on the event grounds.

Are there toilets at the venue?

Yes, there are toilets on the event grounds.

Can I take photos or videos during the experience?

You are welcome to take photos and share them. However, please make sure that you do not disturb other guests when taking photos. Professional equipment and tripods are not permitted.

Is there a lost and found office on site?

Yes, lost items are accepted at the organizer's office on Akademiestraße.

Is there a cloakroom on site?

No, there will be no cloakroom at the Munich Silvestermeile.

Is there an age restriction?

The Munich Silvestermeile is open to everyone aged 6 and above. However, children and young people between the ages of 6 and 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. The Youth Protection Act also applies.
