NEW APIARY DEVELOPMENT - May 2021

The apiary development team have been very busy over the last year.

A vast amount of work has been done on the grounds - tree tidying, stump removal and mowing. It is all starting to look very well cared for.  We are preparing an area for more car parking and a wildflower meadow.

SPECIAL PLEA:

ALWAYS PARK INSIDE THE APIARY. THE AREA OUTSIDE THE GATE GETS VERY CONGESTED AND IS OFTEN IN USE BY LARGE FARM MACHINERY. The grassed area by the mill pond is private property.

We have created a general workshop and storage building, this has a metal table outside to allow us to properly flame-clean equipment with fire risk.  A new concrete base is being prepared for the solar extractors and incinerator.
