Are refunds allowed? 

No refunds are allowed. Exchanges to other dates and/or times are permitted up to 48 hours before the start time of the originally purchased event and is based on availability. Please contact us here directly to change your ticket. 

When should I arrive? 

The concert will be 1 hour long. The doors open 1 hour before your scheduled show time. It is suggested to arrive at least 30 minutes before the start time as it is first come first serve seating within your purchased zone. The performance will start promptly at the start time and doors will be closed once the performance starts. No late entry is permitted under any circumstances. 

Do I need to wear a mask? 

Attendees will be required to wear a mask to enter and at all times during the event. This includes everyone, no matter your vaccination status. If F&B is available at the event, you will be required to keep your mask on unless actively eating or drinking.

Where is the venue? 

Sanman Studios is located at 1109 Providence St, Houston, TX 77002. Here is a link to their website.

Is this event indoors or outdoors?

The event will be indoors at Sanman Studios. Please note at 6:30pm it will still be light outside and could affect the ambiance of the candlelight setting for the first session.

Can I bring animals? 

No animals are allowed under any circumstances. Please contact us directly at hello@feverup.com if you plan to bring a service animal. 

Do I need to print my ticket? 

You don’t need to print anything, you only need to show your Fever ticket(s) in the app or email upon arrival at the venue. 

Is there an age requirement? 

Must be 8 years old or older to attend. Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult. 

Is ID’s required? 

Please bring identification as event staff and security will check ID’s.

Can I bring in my own food and drink?

The venue is BYOB. You can bring your own food and drink. Please bring your own utensils and glassware. There will NOT be tables, so please take that in consideration when bringing glass items.

Is there parking available? 

There is complimentary parking available onsite.

Can I purchase a ticket at the event? 

No tickets are available at the event for purchase. All tickets must be purchased through the app or website (www.feverup.com) prior to arriving at the event.
