Committee Deliverables, Authority, and Composition

Deliverable #1: Development of mechanisms and plans for Board approval and implementation to ensure active communications and/or cooperation with:

(a) other boards or commissions of the state

(b) areas of industry that are affected by the Board’s activities, including the annual
              Colorado State Fair and Industrial Exposition (“Fair Event”)

(c) educational institutions, including secondary and post-secondary institutions

(d) other state agencies where interests overlap and (3) other individuals who represent
                  relevant segments of Colorado’s population.

Deliverable #2: Ensure development of the annual report required to be submitted to the governor and legislative committees as described in Policy 2.2.1.B.i.

Authority: To incur costs as budgeted and management time as needed.

Composition: Three or four Board members appointed by the Board Chair each year in May.
