- “Troy V. with Royal T home inspections, Is one of the best home inspectors I've used,. As a Realtor in Va. He is armed with so many new ways to locate problems within a home. Such as a old water leak. Many people want to know is there any mold damage or still a small leak. Going into crawl spaces leaving no stone unturned. After each inspection he sits down with clients and goes over the entire inspection including pictures on the computer. He accepts credit cards instead of just checks. I have never called without him answering the call himself no voice mail.”
