Job description:

• Build HR policies and practices that support amplifying individual performance and creativity
• Plan and implement HR initiatives and provide HR solutions
• Evaluate staffing needs
• Recruit the right talent
• Structure compensation and benefit packages
• Run orientations and onboarding processes
• Help to re-write job descriptions to align individual’s talents with their role on the team
• Support employee development
• Monitor and enhance staff performance
• Partner up with function leads and heads of departments to provide HR Support
• Build strong and supportive relationships with employees
• Build and oversee health and wellness initiatives
• Ensure compliance with regulations

Requirements:

• Degree in human resources management or equivalent experience.
• You creating harmony around you
• You know how people around you feel and love making them feel happier
• You are good with analytics (data helps to understand what works )
• You love finding solutions in ambiguous environment
• You are proactive, see what needs to be done and do it
• You love building deep relationships with people
• You are highly organized
• You have meticulous attention to details
• You are fluent in Russian and English
