How to Register or Drop Classes

- Go to my.menlo.edu and log in
- Click on “My Overview” tab

- Click “Registration” button

- Click “Register” if you only have the “Plan” option, this means you have a hold that must be resolved before you can register. You can use the course planning tool to add courses, but will not be able to finalize registration until the hold is resolved.

- From the drop down menu, select the term that you would like to register for. Click the checkboxes labeled “show only needed courses” if you would like to narrow down your search. This option will only appear if you have not migrated to the new academic plan and registration system. Next, expand the “Degree Audit Summary” menu to display your degree requirements. Click into a requirement to see the courses needed to complete your degree.

- If you have migrated to the new academic plan and registration system, your screen will look slightly different. If you have used the academic planning tool to plan your next semester classes, the courses will appear under “My Academic Plan”. Otherwise, click “Future Requirements” to view all of the courses needed for your degree.

- Click on the course you would like to add to your calendar. A “+” blue plus sign will appear, click the plus sign to add the course to your calendar.

- Continue to add courses to your calendar, until you are happy with your planned courses. Click the down arrow on the course calendar block to view details, remove the course from your calendar, or drop the course. Click registration checkout, when you are ready to finalize your registration.

- After you click the registration checkout button a window will appear. Select the courses you want to finalize registration for.
