Ticket Buying Instructions

Watch Using your ticketing account:
***Please note: Museum of Fine Arts Screenings, November 6: All tickets for MFA screenings must be ordered on the MFA WEBSITE at mfa.org/film beginning October 11. The BJFF ticketing page will direct you to the MFA website to purchase tickets. Passholders will be able to obtain tickets for the films outside of the MFA at the Huntington Avenue entrance from a BJF staff member beginning 1 hour before the screening.***
To purchase a ticket click here
Select your film, then click “more details”
Click “Buy Ticket”
In “Select Ticket Quantity,” choose “1” and click “add.” There will be an additional $2.00 processing fee per ticket added upon checkout.
Click “Proceed to checkout” or “return to list” to purchase a ticket to another film.
When you are ready, click “Proceed to Checkout.”
Please consider making an additional tax-deductible donation to support Boston Jewish Film’s year-round programs or click “no thanks.”
If you already have an account, sign in and click “submit.”
If you do not have an account, go to “Don’t have an account yet? Click here to sign-up.”
You must fill out all fields. Most tickets are valid for United States residents with a US zip code. All virtual films are only available to MA residents only with an MA address and zip code. Please remember/jot down your password and verify that your email address is correct. Click “submit.”
Fill in payment information, click “make payment”
Click “Finalize Order”
You will be directed to a confirmation page which includes your in-person tickets and links to watch the virtual films. This information will also be sent to your email (if you do not see a confirmation in your email, please check your spam/junk mailbox - confirmation will be coming from info@bostonjfilm.org) and save it in your account for future reference:
From the confirmation page or the confirmation sent to your email from info@bostonjfilm.org, click on “Watch Now.” If you are not signed in, you will be prompted to do so. You can begin streaming anytime beginning NOVEMBER 10, 12am. Please note once you start watching you have 48 hours to view the film. Films will not be available after NOVEMBER 13, 11:59pm.
In the film list go to the film you purchased, click on “more details”.
If you have not signed in, you will need to do so.
Click “watch now.” If you are not signed in, then the “watch now” prompt will not appear.
◦ You are ready to stream!
Choose your option for streaming, for more streaming information click How To page. When you choose “watch on this device,” the film is immediately ready to view. You will have 48 hours to watch the film. Once you click “watch on this device” the header that appears on the film will let you know how long you have to watch.
When you click on “Watch On Another Device” you will be able to watch on your ROKU and APPLE TV if you have the capability to do so.

For ROKU AND APPLE TV
Open the Channel or App store on your device, search for Boston Jewish Film, and click add or install. Open “Boston Jewish Film” on your device and enter your own unique 9-digit voucher code specific for that particular film (see screenshot above - this is only an example). Each film has its own unique code specifically for your account.

Here is what you need to know about attending the in-person programs November 2 - November 9, 2022.
*You must present either your print-at-home or mobile ticket at the theater for entrance into theater - no exceptions.
*We are unable to reserve seats at this time unless special accommodations are needed, contact info@bostonjfilm.org.
*Seating begins 15 minutes before showtime
HOW TO OBTAIN YOUR TICKETS
From your confirmation:
Sample: Mobile Ticket - you can save this on your phone and present at the theater.
Sample: Print at Home ticket - you can print this and present at the theater.
*Masks are optional. The town/city and venue will dictate any mask mandates. If you are feeling unwell or are experiencing symptoms of COVID-19, please stay home. You may contact us at info@bostonjfilm.org for a refund or to exchange tickets for a later date.
After signing in, if you are not already, click “vote” tab at the top of the page.
This now reveals the films you have purchased tickets for and/or watched
virtually.
Voting is on a 5 star rating, click on the star of choice
