Rules and Guidelines for Outside Vendors

1.)   The management reserves the right to have complete discretion as to what is sold or not sold at this market and to eliminate any item(s) for sale or the manner in which anything is displayed.

2.)   The sale of counterfeit merchandise is prohibited. The sale of unlawful items such as counterfeit or pirated cassettes, CDs, DVDs, or videos, any bogus handbags or any other products is strictly prohibited. The sale or display of any unlawful items will be grounds for immediate ejection from the market with no refund of rent. You are solely responsible for your actions and may be reported to the authorities. (FYI: Undercover Agents from the NC Sec. of State Task Force on Intellectual Property Rights regularly visit our market.)

3.)   The use of loud generators, speakers, radios, and/or public-address systems is prohibited.

4.)   Firearms, explosives, flammables, alcoholic beverages, or items of any obscene or pornographic nature is not permitted.

5.)   There is to be absolutely no sale of tobaccos, alcohol, water, soda, soft drinks, ice cream, or any other food items except by permissions of the management. Current Certificate of Liability Insurance is required to be kept on file at the market if you sell ANY food or beverage items.

6.)   Each seller is required to keep their area clean and leave it clean. No one is permitted to leave any discarded merchandise, boxes or cartons on grounds or inside the building. Garbage cans are for the convenience of YOUR customers. If it came with you in any way, shape or form, it must go home with you. If you are caught using TRFM garbage cans for your boxes, bags and/or merchandise you will not be allowed to return in the future.

7.)   All shade tents must be securely staked to the ground.

8.)   Two blue receptacles are provided for you to donate clothes and/or shoes ONLY that you wish not to take home. They are located near the garbage cans between building 1 & 2. All donated items must be placed INSIDE the container.

9.)   Any “RESERVED” spaces will only be held until 8:00 am.

10.)          You are renting a 14' x 20” space, but NOT the parking spaces so arrive early to allow you to park next to your space.
