The collection consists of personal, business, and legal records of various families including the Livingstons, Halls, Van Wyck. Some of the documents concern Gilbert and Henry Livingston who both served as Dutchess County Clerk.
The Collection was donated to the Dutchess County Historical Society by Miss Katherine Wodell in 1974.
