WATFORD LIB DEM 100 CLUB
RULES AND CONDITIONS OF MEMBERSHIP – DECEMBER 2021
- The object of the Watford LibDem 100 Club is to raise money for the Watford Liberal Democratic Party.
- All members will be issued with one or more numbers depending on the level of commitment they choose to make. New members will be allocated one or more numbers by the Promoter.
- The monthly subscription is £5 per number allocated and is due on the 1st day of the month. Subscriptions may be paid monthly, quarterly, half-yearly or annually by Bank Transfer.
- The monthly prizes will be determined by taking the last two digits of that month’s Premium Bond winning numbers in the order that they are published. The first prize will be awarded to the holder of the last two digits of the first number drawn, the second prize will be awarded to the holder of the last two digits of the next published, and the third prize to the holder of the last two digits of the third Premium Bond number published.
- Members whose subscriptions are more than two months in arrears will not be eligible for a prize.
- Each month, the list of winners will be emailed to all members.
- When all 100 numbers have been allocated, the 100 Club membership will close. Only when a vacancy arises because an existing member wishes to leave or give up some numbers, can any prospective member join. Membership is open to anyone irrespective of political views or place of residence.
- The Promoter reserves the right to alter, amend, revise, or delete any rule at their discretion, including the amount of prize money and the monthly subscriptions. Any such alterations will be announced to all members.
- If the Premium Prize draw is suspended or not published in any way, the Promoter will arrange for the winning numbers to be selected by a random method.
The Promoter will from time to time transfer any profits from the Club to the Watford Liberal Democrat bank account.
