SENDING YOUR ART TO US

   First option;  email to;  Signatures@signaturesX.com

   Second option for LARGE FILES is;

1) Open SMASH.

2) Click on the “S” in the center of the screen. This opens files on your computer.

3) Navigate to where you have saved your art and click on the file

4) This opens a page which shows the name of the art you’re sending and gives

     you a box to fill out the address for who you’re sending and your address. It

     Also has a message box in case you want to attach a message

5) Fill these out, click on SMASH and your art is on the way. The art will be

    Available to download for 2 weeks.

Art info

If supplying artwork, art must be ready for us to print film positives without doing anything to your art. Otherwise an art charge will be required. Art may be sent via email (send to your contact person) or uploaded via SMASH. Art is only accepted in these formats;

Adobe Illustrator .ai file, EPS format & PDF format

***** A JPG PLACED INSIDE ANY OF THESE FORMATS IS NOT VECTOR ART. An artwork fee will be charged to recreate this type art.

 

Art Charges:

$30 per hour, minimum one half hour. We will ALWAYS quote your art in advance. We're here to help you..

Imprint Ink Colors; One person's purple is another person's violet. One picture worth thousand words....

Dark Shirt Imprints; require a flash and reprint to make your colors pop! This charge is factored in your dark shirt price category.

Proofs: Customer is solely responsible for checking proofs and sending approval. We will not be responsible for any mistakes on a proof where the customer has signed off as approved.

Order Changes: changes after an order has been scheduled are subject to a small charge.

Mistakes and Defects; must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the order.....Spoilage; 2% of furnished goods is the industry standard. Our folks are only human…...Truth be known---we almost always replace these and you never know.

Trademarked Items; all art, logos & copy submitted to us for use in production of your goods will be accepted as being in full compliance with all trademark, copyright, service mark, patent or similar production. .........................................................................

Finally!....It seems there are a lot of rules and policies above. Please keep in mind this is only to be sure we're all on the same page. These will help make our work go

more smoothly together and help you receive your orders faster and accurately. We're in this together and we must work as partners to be sure the end user isn't just 

satisfied, but thrilled enough to tell others where they ordered their products. We're ALWAYS open to suggestions as to how we can make things easier & less expensive.

So PLEASE consider us a partner rather than your screen printer who is trying to saddle you with lot of rules. We're here to make this part of your job easier, not harder.
