At 8:00 a.m., Board President, F. Goger called the meeting to order and led the opening activities.

  2. Opportunity for Public Comment on Agenda Items - No comments from the public.
  3. Motion by J. Roncoroni,  second by A. Masters to approve action item 7.1
  1. Resolution F032018-01 adoption of preliminary budget for 2018-2019 including maximum travel and related expense reimbursement.  F. Goger called for discussion and commented about State aid and the tax levy; there was no Board discussion.  The motion carried unanimously upon a roll call vote.

  1. Second Opportunity for Public Comment on General Matters - No comments from the public.
  2. J. Bender commented about the anticipated inclement weather and made the recommendation that if the weather results in a district closure(s) to use April 3 and if necessary April 2, 2018 to make up the lost days.  A discussion ensued and it was the consensus of the Board to support J. Bender’s recommendation and to, as needed, amend the 2017 - 2018 school calendar at the Board meeting on April 24, 2018.
  3. Motion by J. Roncoroni, second by R. Kirchberger to adjourn.  The motion carried unanimously and the meeting adjourned at 8:06 a.m.
