Phases for 100% In-Person Learning

Once Racine County sees a decrease in positive cases according to our indicators above, we will transition phases within 1-2 weeks. Please note, secondary indicators could influence the timing of the transition from one phase to the next. Special education student return will be based on IEP team consideration regardless of the phase for re-entry.
