1.How do I know if my home university has nominated me?

Your will receive an email of our international relations office notifying your nomination as an Erasmus+ student at Universidad de La Laguna for next academic year giving you details to how complete your application procedure successfully.

2. What documents do I need to send or attached to the online form?

You must send us our Learning agreement form, find it in our website + Application form + language certificate* (only one batch, language cert.is mandatory for Postgraduate students)

3.Where can I find the subjects or academic programs?

4. What does Primer cuatrimestre, Segundo cuatrimestre, means?

Primer cuatrimestre:                 1st Semester

Segundo Cuatrimestre:        2nd Semester

5. Can I use on my Learning agreement subjects that are not in the semester that I will study  at the ULL?

No, you need to choose subject in the semester that you will study

6. I can not find information of  the academic programs

7. When will I receive my Letter of Acceptance?

Takes 4-6 weeks to receive the email of acceptance, ( ULL doesn't send letter just an email) as soon we have have your LA signed by our coordinator we will let you know. You will receive signed copy.

We understand that the waiting period can be frustrating and that might affect students that need an admission confirmation before they can get a scholarship. This is unfortunate, but your application needs to be evaluated and accepted by the departmental coordinator so the process takes time. 8. Where I can get information of my Transcript of records? (TOR)

It will be sent by post mail to the erasmus coordinator of your home university after delivery records is received in the admissions office by each academic professor. For any assistance please contact with the admissions office where you have been enrolled

9. Which courses are completely in English language and where I can find it

11. What confirmations can I expect during the application process?

Once we receive your application it is checked to see whether or not there are any parts missing and to validate your eligibility for the programme. If there are any issues, or any parts missing, we will email you directly to the address specified on your application. Once all of the components of your application have been received, your application will be forwarded to the relevant department for review. If you do not hear from us within two weeks of submitting your application, please presume that it is complete and being reviewed by the departmental coordinator.

12. Free movers

If your university does not have a formal exchange agreement with the ULL, you can not apply with us, unfortunately we don't have Free mover program available at the moment.

13. How much are the tuition and fees at ULL?

As Erasmus student there are no tuition fees

15. Do you accept students who are not nominated?

No, In order to apply as an exchange student at ULL  you must be nominated by your home university by existing bilateral agreement.

16. Can I apply before I have been nominated?

Unfortunately not. In order to apply as an exchange student you must have been nominated by your home university first.

17. I have been nominated by my university, but I haven't received an email with “How to apply” information. What should I do?

-Contact the international relations office to make sure that your home university has nominated you in our “online nomination form” and if we are now in the nomination period.

-Check your spam filter.

18. How do I upload documents?

You will receive an email provide it with a website link to use and upload the documents

19. I want to take courses outside of the department covered by the exchange agreement. Can I do this?

Yes, you are expected to take at least 50% of your courses within the main admitting department, however you still have the flexibility to choose up to 50% as electives elsewhere.  Some departments will have specific pre-requisites or other restrictions. For further details, you should contact our departmental coordinator.
