1.0 - Definitions

1.1 - Rosters

  1. These are from CJSA.
  2. They have all your players on your team.
  3. They have no Game information such as Date, Time, Field nor Opponent.
  4. Starting in Fall 2020 CJSA has added Player pass photos and Team Admin photos to this roster.

1.2 - Passes

  1. These are individual Player and Team Player(Coach, Manager,etc…) passes.
  2. They are printed, cut up if you wish, and laminated if you wish

1.3 - Game Day Rosters

  1. Also known as the District League Roster, League Roster, Tournament Roster
  2. This is similar to the CJSA Roster but it also has the Game information such as Date, Time, Field and Opponent.
  3. This is the recommended roster for SCD League Play
  4. This roster will print only the players Activated(see below)
  5. NOTE: For the Fall of 2020. The best roster the SCD League could make available was a roster with 22 Players and 6 Coaches. For all teams that play 7v7 and 9v9 there is no issue. For the teams that play 11v11 and are allowed 25 players we ask your patience in this matter. If you have more that 22 players and up to the 25 player maximum on Game Day, please also bring the CJSA roster and hand both the the referee with explanation to look at the last three players on the CJSA roster for check in.

  1. For the SCD age matrix showing the Game Day Roster Limits: Go to the SCD Website > SCD Info > SCD Age Matrix -or- Click Here

2.0 Obtaining CJSA Approved Roster and Passes

2.1 - Login

  1. Login to US Soccer Connect and you will be on your My Account page.
  2. If you are a Club Admin you may be on a different page. Please click My Account in the upper right.

2.2 - Go To Teams

  1. In the above
  2. Click Teams Tab in middle of the page
  3. Ensure you are on the Teams sub-tab
  4. Click The Team Info Link
  5. That bring you to the below image

2.3 - Team Activation

  1. In the above
  2. Click on the Ready for Activation Tab to ensure your team is in compliance and activated. Work with your CLUB Admin for any issues of non-compliance.
  3. Once in compliance notify your CLUB Admins to request Activation from the District Registrars

  1. Once the Team is Activated then go to the below

2.4 - Full Team Roster and Passes

  1. Go to the Team Roster Tab.
  2. The CJSA roster and passes buttons will be in the buttons at the bottom for Activated Teams.

3.0 - Obtaining CJSA SCD Game Day Roster

3.1 - Set Players Active or InActive for Game Day Roster

Following along from the above instructions

  1. Now click the Tournament tab in the image belowNow click the Tournament tab in the image above
  2. Click the “edit” link for the SCD League. YOu may have more than one League or Tournament here. Be sure to click “edit” for the SCD League.
  3. That bring you to the below image

  1. Go to the Player Roster Tab
  2. Please note if you are in compliance with SCD League Game Day Rules listed here. If your count of players on the team is at or fewer than the League Max then you activate all and you do not need to redo this screen for the rest of the season.
  3. Mark Active or not Active by checking and unchecking
  4. To SAVE click Set Active Players button
  5. To sync quickly to the League, click Sync Roster button

3.2 - Obtain Game Day Roster

Following along from the above instructions

  1. Click in the upper right hand corner of of the screen My Account
  2. That will bring you back to My Account

  2. Click Teams Tab in middle of the page
  3. Ensure you are on the Tournament & Schedules Apps. sub-tab
  4. Click the Schedules/Game Scoring Link
  5. That bring you to the below image

On this page:

  1. You will do your scoring
  2. You will see the bracket points received by game
  3. You will see your games at the bottom that HAVE Date, Time and Field. If a game is missing, speak to your CLUB Admins to add a Date, Time and Field to your pairings so it shows up here.
  4. You will see a button where the Red Circle is for the GAME DAY ROSTER. Please Note you will only see the Game Day Roster within 8 days of the Scheduled Game.
