Approve Prior Minutes
● MOTION: to approve 1/12 Meeting Minutes seconded and approved
Reminder to all that discussions at BOD meetings are confidential with those on the BRSLL BOD.
Registration Update
- 367 players total
- 20 Juniors (2 teams)
- 67 Majors (5 teams of 12)
- 78 AAA (6 teams of 12)
- 62 AA (5 teams of 12)
- 66 A (teams of 11)
- 74 Tball (teams of 10)
Manager Discussions (approvals are conditional until background checks and trainings complete)
- Majors: 7 candidates for 5 teams. Vote on Monday at BSC.
- Discussion with full BOD. Second discussion with candidates absent. Voting via closed ballot. BOD can vote for up to 5 people. Top 3 will be Majors Managers. Second round of voting to determine final 2 Managers.
- MOTION: to approve 2 rounds of voting (top 3 and then next 2) seconded and approved
- MAJORS MANAGERS: Sternke, Stinson, Dobie, Nelson, Ferrari
Tryout Schedule
- Saturday, January 21 at Marlin Park (all day)
- Sunday, January 22 at Sandpiper (all day)
- Make-ups on Sunday, January 29 at Sandpiper
- David Elliott to send tryout notices out via SportsEngine
- Liz to resend sign-up sheet for volunteering for tryouts
