What can I expect from Echoes of Blenheim?

Package 1:

Immerse yourself in the history of this iconic Palace by going on a journey through time. Meet the people who made Blenheim Palace and its story what it is today through the amazing estate and grounds. This experience will send you on an adventure that will have you face-to-face with people from history, from spies to Duchesses.

Package 2:

Join the experience in the grounds of the palace and have access to the grandeur of the Palace as well. You’ve met the people, now see where they lived and what they achieved!

Package 3:

Join us on all of the above as well as having the chance to enjoy a private dining experience within the Palace itself.

Does the experience take place in an indoor or outdoor venue?

For the Echoes of Blenheim: The Immersive Experience, it's a delightful blend of both indoor and outdoor settings, offering a truly dynamic adventure. The experience itself takes place primarily outdoors, allowing you to immerse yourself fully in the enchanting surroundings. However, we also include a visit to the palace's indoor areas, where you can delve into its rich history and marvel at its grandeur. And for a touch of elegance, lunch is served in a private room at the palace, adding a dash of exclusivity to your journey. So whether you're basking in the open air or exploring the opulent interiors, every moment promises to be unforgettable.

Is it COVID secure and safe?

Yes.

Will there be strobe lights?

For safety and to ensure an enjoyable experience for all participants, strobe lights are not used during the Echoes of Blenheim: The Immersive Experience. Instead, we rely on the natural ambiance of the surroundings and carefully curated lighting to enhance the atmosphere and immerse you in the moment. Rest assured, your comfort and well-being are our top priorities throughout the journey.

Will food and beverage be available on site for purchase?

When opting for the Echoes of Blenheim experience without lunch, rest assured that Blenheim Palace offers a variety of dining options to satisfy your cravings. From charming cafes to elegant restaurants, there's something to suit every taste bud. While we cannot guarantee a table reservation as part of the experience, we encourage you to explore the palace's culinary offerings and indulge in a delightful meal at your leisure. ACCESS

What is the minimum age requirement?

8 years old.


Do I need to arrive at the start of my scheduled session?

Please aim to arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled session begins. Sarah Churchill will greet you at the palace and introduce you to your fellow visitors. Thank you for being prompt!

What happens if I arrive late?

We recommend waiting for the next session. If you're booked for the last session and miss it, we'll do our best to accommodate you on another day, subject to availability. However, if the palace is still open, you're welcome to enjoy your visit as planned. And if you've booked the lunch option, we'd be delighted to welcome you for lunch at the palace. Thank you for your understanding!

Is alcohol permitted?

Alcohol is not permitted in any areas of the palace. Thank you for your cooperation.

TICKETS

Where can I get tickets?

What are the official sellers for this experience?

Official tickets for this experience can only be purchased on Fever. Tickets are not available on any other website or ticketing platform.

What is your refund/exchange policy?

All tickets are non-refundable. Ticket non-refund terms and conditions are agreed to before purchase. In special circumstances, we may be able to help reschedule your ticket to another date and session that has not already sold out. Please contact us for more information. Be sure to include your ticket order number. 

Do I need to print my ticket?

No, your contactless tickets will be validated directly in the Fever App.

Do you offer group discounts?

Absolutely! Our rates are already designed to accommodate groups, so you'll find that our pricing structure is favourable for group bookings. However, if you prefer a more intimate experience with your own private group, we do offer special private rates.

MISCELLANEOUS

Should I wear a mask?

Wearing a mask is not compulsory during the experience. However, please note that 120 minutes of the experience take place outdoors. While masks are not mandatory, each person is free to wear one if they wish.

Can I take photos or record the experience?

Absolutely! While filming is not permitted during the experience itself, we offer numerous Instagram and Facebook opportunities with our characters. You're welcome to take photos inside the palace and during lunch to capture those memorable moments

Do you offer sponsorships?

While we truly appreciate your interest, we regret to inform you that we do not currently offer sponsorships. However, we're always open to exploring potential partnerships or collaborations in other capacities. Thank you for considering us!
