BOOK BATTLE!

Henry Ford Academy Summer Reading List - 2018-2019 Book Battle

Are you ready for battle? The following books are eligible for the book battle beginning June 20 and ending September 4.  All students are required to read and log at least one over the summer.  But you are free to read as many as you can! The top three students with the most books read in each grade will receive valuable gift cards.  Each book must be entered into the Book Battle Google Form (link below) on the HFA website (www.hfa-dearborn.org). Students may not enter more than one book per day. Books are chosen for interest level and critical acclaim, however may contain mature material, so parents should preview and research for content as needed. You may also consult Common Sense media:  https://www.commonsensemedia.org/book-reviews for book “appropriateness” ratings. Books below are linked to summaries.
