HLT403: Immunizations Compliance Report

In order for school staff to verify correct dates and to ensure up to date immunization documentation is attached to the record the following report should be run and and reviewed using the following steps.

1. Set up the report: select only required vaccines, DO NOT CHECK  "show only non-compliant students," check "show dose count"
2. Run report
3. Review for any students who Synergy indicates is not compliant
4. Compare the dates with the immunization record, and make corrections if needed
5. Look for dose count (rather than proper spacing of doses) to determine compliance - override non-compliance as needed
