Regarding the experience

What can I expect from Proof: An Immersive BTS Retail Pop-Up?

A vibrant thematic anthology celebration of BTS’ historic rise and continued success on the global stage. This fan first environment is curated for ARMY of all ages to immerse themselves while they dance, sing, listen, pose, and shop all things BTS. Two storefronts in LA and NYC will be transformed into an ARMY playground for a limited run around the album's release. Custom exclusive merch is to be designed and sold on location and online during the run.

Where is the experience located?

The event will take place at 104 Charlton St, New York, NY 10014

Does the experience take place in an indoor or outdoor venue?

The exhibition will be held in an indoor venue.

Is there air conditioning?

Yes

Is the experience accessible for deaf people?

Yes

Will there be strobe lights?

No

Will food and beverage be available on site for purchase?

No

Can I take photos or record the experience?

Feel free to take photos and share them. When taking photos, please make sure not to disturb other customers. Professional equipment and tripods are not permitted.

Will restrooms be available on site?

No

Regarding the access to the event

Do I need to wear a mask?  

For the safety and comfort of everyone, masks are recommended within the experience for everyone.

Do I need to arrive at the start of my scheduled session?

It is recommended that you arrive within the time stated on your ticket.

What happens if I arrive late?

Please arrive at your scheduled time or you can reach out to Fever to reschedule.

Is there an age requirement?

No

Is the venue ADA compliant?

Yes

Is there parking available?

No

What are the prohibited items at the experience?

Flash photography, alcohol, anything which may disturb the other patrons.

Regarding tickets

Can I purchase a ticket at the event?

Tickets can be reserved for free online.

Where can I get tickets?

Are refunds allowed? What is the exchange policy?

Tickets are generally non-refundable. Ticket non-refund terms and conditions are agreed to before reservation. However, under special circumstances, you can contact us and our user support team will process your request. Make sure to include your ticket order number.

Do I need to print my ticket?

No, your contactless tickets will be validated directly in the Fever App.

Can I transfer my tickets to another person?

No

Can I reschedule my tickets to another date/time, or upgrade/downgrade my ticket?

We may be able to help reschedule or exchange your ticket for another date, time or ticket type that has not already sold out. Please contact us for more information. Make sure to include your ticket order number.

What are the official sellers for this experience?

Official tickets for PROOF, EXPERIENCE THE ANTHOLOGY. AN IMMERSIVE BTS RETAIL POP UP can only be reserved on Fever. Tickets are not available on any other website or ticketing platform.

I can't find my ticket. What can I do?

You can find your ticket with the QR code in the Fever app, within the Tickets section. If you don't have it installed, you can download it from the Apple Store or Google Play. Remember to log in using the same account that you used when buying the tickets. If you still cannot find your ticket, please contact us.
