April 28th Lesson: “The Nitrogen Cycle”
- Engage:
- Have you ever noticed how much greener the grass is a day or two after a good soaking rain? If not, you could try to take a before/after picture of an outdoor plant on a sunny day before it rains at 9:00 am, for example. After it rains, wait a day or two and take an ‘after’ picture at 9:00 am when the sun is shining. Can you see any difference?
- Explore:
- Spend 5-7 minutes planning out how you would try to get that before/after picture.
