Vendor Conference Information
ICT Educators NSW 35th Annual Conference 14 -15th March 2026
DigiTLL (Digital Technologies, Learning and Literacy)
We are incredibly grateful for your sponsorship of our upcoming conference, and we can’t wait to share the time with you. What an opportunity to expand knowledge and build the ICTENSW community.
At this stage we are expecting around 100 attendees at the event. We’ve got some amazing speakers presenting at the conference. In fact, we have had to open up a fourth stream to cater for all of our speakers! Not to mention our top tier Keynotes: Brett Salakas, Melanie Hughes, Tim Kitchen and Matt Esterman.
If you are presenting, please ensure you check out the live program to see your time.
We also require a copy of your presentation prior to the day it can be uploaded onto the : Presenter/Vendor Form. Also, be sure to complete details about your requirements on this form.
Could you please ensure your invoice has been paid. If you have any queries, please contact us.
Ensure you register to attend the conference:
We are excited to be able to offer you the opportunity for some promotion at the conference and during the year. In order for us to attend to this, could you please send us a high resolution logo for use on our promotional materials. Please upload this onto this form: Presenter/Vendor Form
Our attendees often go back to school and brag about their experience, key to this is taking home a ‘Swag Bag’ of goodies from vendors and sponsors. We’d love to offer you this opportunity. All you need to do is to pop a box of goodies on the registration table on the day!
You may also like to donate a prize or discount voucher for one of our amazing lucky door prize competitions. This is a great way to promote your business and/or product.
On the day, we will be grabbing audio from vendors, speakers and attendees. This will be used in a variety of ways including a podcast episode dedicated to the conference and social media bites to promote the event. We hope we can entice you to get involved in some of these opportunities, because we can’t thank you enough for your generous support of this event. In addition, if you would like to send us a 30 second sound video talk about your business and education services we would love to use it in our social media leading up to the conference.
Our Gold and General Sponsors may like to also book in for a podcast recording after the conference to talk about their product/service and experience at the conference. Beck and Carmela would love to connect with you. Subscribe to our ICTENSW Podcast to keep up to date with the amazing humans we have already interviewed! Podcast: https://ictensw.podbean.com/.
Sponsors will be notified on arrival of their booth location. On the day, you can arrive from 8:00 am, where a member of the committee will meet you and guide you to your vendor site.
Bump out will take place after lunch on Sunday, and we would ask that this be completed before the end of the final session to allow our attendees to leave with ease and volunteers the opportunity to clean up.
Equipment and Provisions
We know things may have changed for you, and we would ask that you confirm the equipment and provisions you require for the day using the Presenter/Vendor Form.
As the event is being hosted at an external venue, we do not have the capacity to have items posted in advance. You will need to arrange for items to be bought in on the day.

We will provide meals during the conference hours. If you have anyone with dietary needs, please let us know ASAP. Please let us know via the Presenter/Vendor form: Presenter/Vendor Form
