Can I buy tickets at the venue?

Tickets are not available for purchase at the venue. All tickets must be purchased through the app or website (www.feverup.com) prior to arriving at the event.

Does purchasing a ticket to this Candlelight concert include S.E.A. Aquarium admission?

No, purchasing a ticket to this Candlelight concert does not include a normal S.E.A. Aquarium admission. The Candlelight concert ticket only grants you admission into S.E.A. Aquarium 60 minutes prior to the start time of the concert, and with limited access to specific areas of the S.E.A. Aquarium. If you wish to enjoy the full S.E.A. Aquarium attraction more than 60 minutes before the concert, you will need to purchase a separate S.E.A. Aquarium admission ticket for a separate day via here. S.E.A. Aquarium operating hours are from 10am-5pm on selected days. More details can be found here.

Can I book a ticket for my carer?

Guests requiring assistance throughout the experience are entitled to apply for 1 free pass for their Personal Assistant/Support worker. Once you have purchased your ticket (it is essential to hold a valid ticket before applying), please contact us with supporting documentation.

Is there an age requirement for the event?

All guests must be 8 years old or older to attend. Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

Where can I find my ticket?

You can find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (you can download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play). Please remember to log in with the same login method used to make the purchase.

You will also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email.

When should I arrive for the concert?

Admission into S.E.A. Aquarium will begin 60 minutes before the performance start time, and seating within the performance area, Ocean Gallery, will begin 20 minutes prior to the performance start time. Please note that the walking time from the entrance of S.E.A. Aquarium to the Ocean Gallery will take 10-15 minutes. Late entry may not be permitted.

Ticket changes

Can I change my ticket?

Subject to availability, changes of date and/or time are permitted up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience. In such a case, please contact us indicating your ticket ID. Refunds are not allowed under any circumstances. For more information, you can refer to our T&Cs.

Where is the experience taking place?

Where is the entrance to the venue?

Entrance is via the S.E.A. Aquarium’s main entrance. Please refer to this map for directions.

Is there parking available at the venue?

Yes, paid parking is available in Resorts World Sentosa's East Car Park where the S.E.A. Aquarium is located.

Can I bring animals?

Animals are not allowed, except for service animals.

How are seats assigned?

Seating is assigned on a first-come-first-served basis in each zone.

Which zones are wheelchair-accessible?

Zone A on the lowest platform, as well as Zones C and D seats on the highest platform can be accessed by non-transferrable wheelchair patrons. Other zones can only be accessed via stairs and therefore can be accessed only by transferable wheelchair patrons.

Is there a dress code?

You may dress as comfortably as you need to enjoy the show! The hall can get chilly, so bring along a jacket just in case.

Can I consume food and drinks in the concert?

No outside food and drinks are allowed to be consumed in the concert except for the drinks purchased from the Ocean Gallery concession stand.

Can I take photos or videos of the concert?

Photography and videography are strictly prohibited during the performance.

Are there cloak rooms or lockers for use at the venue?

No, there are no cloak rooms available but there are lockers available in Resorts World Sentosa outside of S.E.A. Aquarium.
