The genesis supply of the Axelar network at the launch will be 1B Axelar Tokens. Subject to potential modification by the Axelar Foundation, currently it is estimated that up to 300,000 tokens from the genesis supply will be distributed amongst the Quantum Community Program participants. The token rewards from the incentivized testnet will be distributed to eligible participants in the future at the mainet launch. Please note that the Quantum Community Program is only open to participants outside of the US/Canada.
Phases 2, 3 and 4 will be incentivized with an allocation of up to 100,000 tokens per phase, divided between the accepted participants. Some participants may receive a higher allocation for their contributions, depending on the quality and quantity of the submissions which will be at the discretion of the Axelar Foundation.
The quality of the submissions will be judged exclusively at the discretion of the Axelar Foundation.
By applying to participate in the Quantum Community Program you acknowledge that in order to be eligible for the future distribution of Axelar tokens for successful submissions, you will be required to pass any and all required KYC/AML checks and perform other actions deemed necessary by the Axelar foundation.

Do’s for the Quantum Community Program:
- Create unique, new, and engaging content that is plagiarism free.
- Share new ideas- if submitting ideas for programs,content, etc. that are not your own or were inspired by another project, you must credit the original source.
- Conduct new research, share new insights and propose new topics not explicitly previously discussed or covered by Axelar.
- Create high quality, original content that is grammatically sound, well-structured and ready to be published (ie. no bulleted lists or incomplete drafts).
- Prioritize simplifying complex topics- all copy should be technically accurate and communicated in an accessible manner.
Don’ts for the Quantum Community Program:
- Do not spam any official or community run Axelar channels, members, or outside groups or people
- Any participant caught spamming, sending unsolicited direct messages to other members or anyone outside of the Axelar chats, etc. will be removed from the program and banned across Axelar’s socials.
- No Spamming also means no copy and pasted messages to people outside of your contact list!
- This program is centred around content creation and not promotion of any kind.
- Do not copy/paste existing material from external sources
- Do not copy pre-existing content from third party sources, such as messaging, templates, pre-written messages etc. into Axelar’s servers or into the submission forms as your own.
- Plagiarism is non negotiable. Anyone caught plagiarizing content will be removed from the program, and will be disqualified from receiving future rewards for any previously accepted submissions.
- Do not discuss, speculate or comment on unpublished aspects of the token, tokenomics or any other unpublished aspects of the network.
- Any participant caught doing so will be removed from the program and banned across Axelar’s socials.
- Do not create community groups and/or channels that already exist.
- Please familiarize yourself with the channels that have already been created- for example there is already a French speaking Telegram channel and Twitter account, so a submission proposing to found a French Telegram channel will not be accepted.
- Do not submit resources that already exist.
- If a document, video, etc. already exists, reworded versions of it will not be accepted. Translations however will be and are encouraged!
