Main Banquet Hall Hourly Rental Rates 2024

Upper Bar / Social Lounge Area Hourly Rental Rates 2024

Pricing reflects hourly rates with a minimum of 2 hours per rental.

Celebration 2 Center requires a 50% deposit of total rental cost which is refundable within 14 days of the event. Deposit is due at the contract signing.

Meeting Room Hourly Rental Rates 2024 $35/hour

Our meeting space is structured to host small group sessions at an affordable cost.

Whether you are hosting sales presentations, coaching sessions, board meetings or team meetings, we have the space for you!

Bar Menu 2024

• $20/ hour for each Bartender (required for the duration of the event)
• $230/ ½ Barrel of Beer (165 servings)

Bar and beverage service can be customized to fit your needs. Alcoholic beverages can be restricted entirely, available for purchase by guests (cash bar), or be included on the rental bill. You may select to only provide certain items (beer/drinks) or only one drink per person or set a cap on the dollar amount for the bar.

Kitchen Access

$75/event

Kitchen access will be limited to the use of the refrigerator, sinks, preparation tables, microwave, and non-commercial stove/oven. Chafer dishes are not included.

Chafer Rental

$10/each

6-Hour Safe Heat Chafing Fuel - $3.00/each

Chafer rental includes a full size stainless steel food pan, water pan, lid, and stand. Chafing fuel is not included.

Table Cloth / Chair Cover Rental

(up to 20) Black Round Fabric Tablecloths  $5/each

(up to 100) Black Fabric Chair Covers - $1/each

Black 108in Fabric Round Satin Tablecloth. Black Stretch Spandex Folding Chair Covers. If rented, these items will be placed on the tables and chairs by C2C staff for the requested number.  

Bluetooth PA System

$75/event

Our 350 Watt - 10 speaker, wireless microphones, and Bluetooth enabled audio system. Perfect For Bluetooth enabled devices like smartphones and tablets to play your favorite music streaming service.

If you are having an event at our facility, If you are hiring a caterer or doing the catering yourself, these are things that you will need to supply. These items are not included in the facility rental agreement.
