Wednesday: We will start on Ch. 22 Illegal Drugs

Learn how to avoid drugs, and the impact of drugs on the individual, family, and society.

Daily - Four minutes after tardy bell to get dressed out and into the gym ready for class.

Most days we will begin class with at least one of the fitness gram activities (push-ups, curl-ups, stretching, running) in preparation for the fitness gram tests.

After beginning of class activities, on most days, students are to stay active at the physical activity they choose. Most students participate in basketball, volleyball, walking.  Other activities are also available.
