Early Spring Retreat:
Taoist Natural Breathing, Outer Dissolving & The Fluid Basis of Heaven & Earth Qigong
February 28th-March 4th
Early Bird by February 10th
Spring marks the time to begin to channel and express our energy outwards. As energy begins to rise in nature, by riding this energy within us and gradually bringing it into an organised force, we avoid falling into lethargy or frustration and instead can open a creative cycle moving through spring and summer.
The main form we will make use of will be Heaven & Earth Qigong.
H&E enables us to open, organise and channel our energy through our right, left and microcosmic energy channels and so to awaken the core of our internal energy (the internal organs, glands and central nervous system including the brain) from its winter slumber and express it outwards into the world as a creative and balanced force.
We will also make use of Cloud Hands (& The 3 Swings for those familiar with them) to further release the body and qi.
