We process personal data for the following purposes (as it determined by the International Advertising Bureau):
We declare special purpose declarations 1, 2 and 3.
Special purpose declaration 1 relates to data that can be used to monitor for and prevent unusual and possibly fraudulent activity (invalid/bot traffic),as well as to ensure the appropriate and safe systems and processes operations.
Special purpose declaration 2 helps us ensure the technical compatibility of the content or advertising and to facilitate the transmission of the content or an advertisement to the user's device.
Special purpose 3 establishes a legal basis for processing users’ privacy choices recorded in the form of a TC String.
We currently do not support any Special Features such as a usage of precise geolocation data or an active scan for device characteristics.
We have done a thorough legitimate interest assessment for processing of personal data related to the purposes described above. This assessment has confirmed that our legitimate interests do not override individual’s interests and fundamental rights.
We collect and process the following categories of data as it described in Advertising privacy policy: IP address, User-agent (devices technical information), non-precise location, Information about a user’s behavior on Publishers' websites and information about ads served, viewed, clicked or interacted with (ad performance metrics, technical performance of content).
We have taken measures to assure the security, integrity, and confidentiality of users’ data. In order to achieve this we have established different technical and organizational measures that we constantly review in order to keep them up to date to prevent unauthorized access, disclosure, modification, or unauthorized destruction of the data.
ADBRO adheres to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) of the European Union. Although adopted by the European Union, it imposes obligations on organizations outside the EU if they target or collect data relating to people in the EU. We are constantly working to comply with all GDPR requirements.
We have the Data Protection Officer (DPO) to oversee our GDPR compliance and to serve as a point of contact for supervisory authorities and data subjects in case of questions or concerns about our processing of personal data.
