Expectations of Fresh Staff Members

All Staff are expected;
- To Enforce Hotel Rules with fairness and impartiality.
- To Conduct themselves in a professional manner.
- To renounce corruption in all forms and those who partake.
- To Respect the Seniority of other Staff Members
- To Act as a part of the Fresh Staff Team first and an individual second.
- To Refrain from partaking in erotic roleplay in open / public rooms.
- To maintain an active status within the hotel client.

All Staff can expect;
- A Fair response to allegations of abuse against them.
- To be treated with respect and dignity.
- To be informed of any open allegations against them.
- To have a voice in meetings and Trials.

Duties of Fresh Staff Members
In addition to the above;
*In most cases secondary duties are inherited from lower ranks.*

- Executive Privilege to decide own duties
- Seek out investment opportunities
- Maintain the Client and Forums
- Oversee the Hiring, Firing, Promotions and Demotions of all staff
- Mediate claims of staff abuse
- Grant / Reject Unban Requests and Password Resets
- Generate and Fulfill store sales
- Issue Staff Strikes where Required

Executives;

- Hire, Fire, Promote and Demote as required to maintain discipline
