2.1: Match Organization - Players will have 2 weeks - 3 weeks to coordinate and complete Best Of 3 matches against the other members of their groups
- Players are expected to complete their first match within 3 days of the tournament start
- If a player is unable to organize a time for a single match within 3 days of the tournament start, they will need to make an extension request to a Tournament Organizer
- When a match extension request is accepted, a player will have up to 5 days from the start of the tournament to organize their first match
- If a player cannot complete their first match within a week, they will be removed from the tournament.
2.2: Open Decklists - Semi-open Decklists will be available for all players. This will include
- Veil//Realm, Warlord, Synergy, Guardian
- Card names for decklist and sideboard, but no card quantities
- Deck and Sideboard size.
- Decklists will be posted in the #group-”x”-decklists channel of your respective group
- If players are found to be playing with a decklist/cards from outside of their decklist they will receive a warning, and be required to remove the offending card(s) and ensure that their list matches the one submitted for the tournament. If a player has already received a warning in the tournament, or the gamestate has progressed to a position where the game cannot be backed up without the benefit of information for either player, a game loss will be issued.
- Players are not required to maintain and police the legality of their opponent’s decklist, but judges andTournament Organizers have the discretion to impose penalties in situations where evidence points to players intentionally withholding decklist calls for competitive advantage.
2.2.1: Decklist Privacy - Players are requested to respect the privacy of player decklists outside of the tournament. Whilst decklists are available for tournament competitors before the Final Stage, they are not considered fully publicly available and should be treated as such. Discussing decklists outside is completely allowed, but copy and pasting decklists is discouraged without pilot permission.
2.3: Match Completion - Tournament matches will be played in the match channels available in the Legions: Realms At War Community Discord Server. Players are advised to issue any ruling questions directly to judges, or in judge call Discord Channels rather than asking spectators.
2.3.1: Match Completion Rate - Players are expected to complete their matches at a reasonable pace to finish within the designated time period for their Group Stage. If players will be unable to play matches for a longer period (3-5 days) they are requested to message a Tournament Organizer to inform them of the period.

2.3.2: Spectator Rules - Spectating is encouraged, but outside assistance is strictly disallowed.
- In keeping with Decklist Privacy, players are requested to not share other persons decklists with spectators.
- If a spectator notices a gameplay error during a tournament match, they are requested to privately message a Snapshot Tournament Organizer, Snapshot Tournament affiliated judge, or another LRAW judge available on the Discord. They may request players to pause the match for a minute to see if a judge is able to step in to correct a gameplay error, but non-TO/judges are asked to refrain from attempting to solve gameplay errors on their own.
2.4: Tournament Gameplay Rules - Players are expected to abide by the gameplay rules found in the Legions Realms At War official tournament rules. This rulebook can be found on the official Legions Realms At War website, or in the #tournament-resources tab on the LRAW Snapshot Tournament Discord server.
2.5: Webcam Gameplay - Players are expected to maintain gameplay clarity in their matches over webcam. Your camera should be set up to view your entire boardstate, including left side, cards in discard, and cards in eradication.
- Cards should be clear in their card zone placements.
- Dice or spindown trackers for DCM or life counters should be clearly displayed and legible. It can be recommended for players to mark down DCM or any important/large counter counts in the discord voice channel chat at the end of turns to more easily gauge and remember important information.
- It is recommended for players to leave their hands face down and visible in the camera area whilst not playing cards to maintain consistency for card counts in hand.
- Cards in hand left face down should be turned horizontally, or left off of the card zones of your playmat to ensure no confusion between cards in hand and set cards.
- There is no explicit time limit for match completion, and matches can be completed over multiple gameplay sessions if players agree. Players may privately request for a judge/Tournament Organizer to watch a match to ensure reasonable pace of play and avoid unnecessary slow play.
2.6: Group Stage Match Byes - Due to the nature of the tournament, not all matches may be completed within the given time frame. When this happens, a draw will be awarded for unplayed matches.
- If you feel that you put in significantly more effort in coordinating an unplayed match against an opponent, you may make a bye request for the match before the end of the Group Stage.
- Bye requests are made to a server Tournament Organizer.
- Byes will be awarded after the Group Stage has commenced, before the final Stage.
2.7: Legions League Overlap - Players may report completed LRAW Snapshot Tournament matches for the Legions League to earn points for the league whilst also completing tournament matches.
- All LRAW Snapshot Tournament matches must be completed with the decklists registered at the start of the tournament, and with the rules outlined in the LRAW Snapshot Tournament Rules.
