MATCH/MONDAY PROTOCOL

The following is to be completed by 9pm Monday Before Any Home Match to avoid any fines or point deduction in the standings and or possible forfeiture of your game. Additional penalties and or fines may be applied for continual failure to adhere to the Monday Protocol.

If you have multiple teams then a separate email must be sent for each team.

INFORMATION TO INCLUDE

  *Please update RugbyXplorer (RX) info for the match
• Field location with full address
• Restrictions and Parking information
• Home Team Kit Colors
• After Match Info and Location
• Alternative Field information (if reschedule or relocation is a possibility)

ISSUES PREVENTING PARTICIPATION

Please let us know if there are any outstanding issues being worked on with SCRRS or SCRFU that would impact the ability to play the game(s) as planned. An issue a few weeks ago almost prevented a league match from being played. It just pays to be cautious to make sure matches go on as planned.

WEATHER CANCELLATIONS / COVID PROTOCOLS

If there is a possibility of the game being canceled or moved you must include the alternative location information and/or request the AWAY TEAM reserve a field as a backup.>>

Our field has been available every week despite the rain so we don’t anticipate any issues this coming Saturday. We will always do our best to make the games happen or give notice in compliance with SCRFU P&Ps. Let us know YOUR CUTOFF TIMES (because of travel distances vary) we will do everything within our power to make the decision in a timely manner.

<<HEALTH AND PREVENTING INFECTION>> While it may be disappointing, we will be cautious with COVID/RSV/SEVERE FLU and appreciate your understanding. If we have any exposed players attending training that can not produce a negative test result we will follow the SCRFU COVID protocols and reschedule the match.
