MoneySmart x uSmart 盈立證券推廣優惠 條款及細則

  1. 推廣期為2024年5月1日至2024年5月15日 (包括首尾兩日）。

  1. 活動對象：年滿18歲或以上並持有有效香港居民身份證。優惠只適用於新客戶從未持有uSmart 盈立證券任何投資戶口，在推廣期經MoneySmart 成功開設uSmart 盈立證券投資戶口（「合資格客戶」）。

  1. 合資格客戶須於推廣期內經MoneySmart於uSmart盈立證券註冊開戶，並成功存入首筆至少HK$10,000及留存30日。

    於2024年7月31日或前成功遞交已填妥之MoneySmart獨家獎賞換領表格，方可獲贈 HK$500 Apple禮品卡/ HK$500 百佳現金券 / HK$500 HKTVmall電子購物禮券，否則將失去換領獎賞資格。
  2. 合資格客戶之申請須經由MoneySmart之指定連結方為有效；（按此處於MoneySmart網站瀏覽uSmart 盈立證券投資戶口）:

  1. 經由MoneySmart指定連結申請uSmart盈立證券投資戶口之前，須先關閉廣告攔截功能（AdBlock或其他類似功能），清除瀏覽器的快取和Cookie，關閉防止跨網站追蹤的設定（Safari用家）或關閉不追蹤功能（Chrome用家）。在按下MoneySmart指定連結後盡快完成全新開戶申請，不要打開其他網頁。

  1. 合資格客戶只需填寫MoneySmart 獨家獎賞換領表格一次，而每位合資格客戶只可獲得禮品一份。

  1. 優惠期內獎賞名額有限，送完即止。如有任何疑問，請於申請前先到MoneySmart Facebook 專頁Inbox與 MoneySmart客戶服務人員查詢。MoneySmart 會於 2024年9月30日或之後發出電郵通知得獎者。合資格客戶之聯絡資料只會用作領取獎賞之用。

  1. 經核實後，合資格的客戶將收到 MoneySmart的電郵通知，並在推廣期內成功申請的用戶，會於活動完結後6個月內收到獎賞 (因應實際供貨安排，日子視乎情況更改)。郵寄過程中如遇遺失或損毀，MoneySmart概不補發或更換，亦不承擔任何責任。

  1. 合資格客戶明白及接納獎賞由MoneySmart提供，盈立證券負責批核領取獎賞資格，MoneySmart負責派發。如有任何爭議，將以盈立證券批核結果為準。

  1. 如不合資格領獎，恕不另行通知。

  1. 如有任何關於本次優惠的查詢，請於2024年11月30日或之前於MoneySmart Facebook 專頁Inbox 與MoneySmart 客戶服務人員聯絡，逾期查詢恕不受理（限期前提出查詢，正在跟進中的個案除外）。

  1. 如有任何爭議，MoneySmart保留最終決定權。

MoneySmart X uSmart Securities promotion programme Terms & Condition

  1. Promotional period is from 1 May 2024 to 15 May 2024 (first and the last date inclusive).
  2. Eligible clients: Aged 18 or above, holding a valid Hong Kong Identity Card. The promotion is only applicable for new customer(s) who didn’t setup an account with uSmart Securities and the application should be completed by MoneySmart designated links within the promotional period successfully. ("Eligible customer(s)")

  1. Eligible customer(s) must be set up an account with uSmart Securities during the promotional period by MoneySmart designated link, and successfully transfer an initial deposit of not less than HK$10,000 and retain for 30 days.

    Eligible customer(s) need to submit the rewards redemption form before 31 Jul 2024, to receive HK500 Apple Gift Card / HK$500 PARKnSHOP/ HK$500 HKTVmall E-vouchers. Otherwise, customers will lose the eligibility to redeem rewards.

  1. Eligible customer(s) should disable any adbocker or clear cache & cookies in your browser for applying the uSmart Securities account by MoneySmart designated link. Please be reminded to complete the application as soon as possible, do not open another website.

  1. Each eligible customer(s) only needs to submit the survey and redemption form once and each eligible customer(s) is entitled to the rewards once only.

  1. During the promotion period, the offer is available while stocks last. If you have any inquiries, please visit MoneySmart Facebook page and contact the customer service team before the application. MoneySmart will send the confirmation email(s) to notify the eligible customer(s) after 30 Sep 2024. Eligible customer's contact information will only be used for gift redemption contacting purposes.

  1. The reward will be received within 6 months after the event ends (due to the actual supply arrangement, the date is subject to change). MoneySmart will not reissue or replace and will not be responsible for any loss or damage during the mailing process.

  1. For any enquiry regarding this promotion, please contact us on or before 30 Nov 2024, overdue enquiry will not be addressed. (Ongoing cases which were enquired before the deadline are excluded.)

  1. In case of dispute, MoneySmart reserves the right of final decision on the interpretation of these Terms and Conditions.
