‘Learn to Homebrew Day’ Event on November 7, 2020

—Invitation to Join in this Annual Worldwide Homebrewing Celebration—

Grandview, Texas: October 2020  On November 7BEERSGIVING & Pink Boots Society, North Texas Chapter are hosting an American Homebrewers Association® Learn to Homebrew Day event. The celebration, which is open to the public, will be held on a farm just off the I-35 Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex area.

This year BEERSGIVING is hosting Learn to Homebrew Day as an opportunity to bring together professional mentors with budding homebrewers to increase diversity throughout the S.T.E.M careers of brewing. Multiple fermentation workshops will be held on the farm for educational dives into beer, cider, mead, kombucha and wine. Guests will have the opportunity to purchase mini fermentation kits to take home. They will be able to complete the fermentation process and enjoy their handmade spirits responsibly.
BEERSGIVING invites anyone with a curiosity in homebrewing or the craft beer industry to reserve their space by visiting Professional volunteers and food vendors will be onsite. 

Worldwide coverage will be provided by co-host Dallas-Fort Worth Girl Pint Out featuring virtual BEERSGIVING Barrel Aged Conversations with Professional Q&A providing mentorship for those seeking to enter the industry. Hyperlocal promotions by co-host NTX BEER WEEK to bring the community together and celebrate beer, cider, hard seltzer, and other brewed adult beverages in North Texas.

Pink Boots Society: is a professional organization dedicated to assisting, inspiring and encouraging women through education in the beer and beyond fermentation industries. Any woman who earns income from any fermentation industry or has a related business in planning automatically qualifies for Pink Boots Society membership. The North Texas chapter supports, trains and advocates for women within 100 miles of the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex.
