About the experience
What can I expect from the event?
As soon as you enter Panda Singstar, you'll be struck by its innovative concept and unique aesthetic, quite different from any other karaoke you've experienced before. The show kicks off in the central area of the club, and as the night progresses, the entertainers move through the various private areas, giving the audience a chance to sing along with them. This setup alternates between karaoke sessions and music from the resident DJ of the venue. Each 30-minute karaoke pass leads into a half-hour DJ session, continuing this way until the venue closes.

Does the experience take place indoors or outdoors?
This experience takes place in an indoor space.
How long does the experience last?
To give you an approximate idea, the experience usually lasts 4 hours and 30 minutes in this experience, from 7:30 p.m.-midnight Afterwards, you can stay at the club until 6 a.m.
What kind of music do you play?
Music of all kinds: pop, rock... both current hits and classics from the 80s, 90s, and 2000s. You choose!
Once inside the club, is it possible to leave and re-enter?
Whether you want to step out for some fresh air or to smoke, you'll be given a stamp to re-enter the club.
Is parking available?
Unfortunately, there will be no parking at this location, so we recommend that you do not arrive by car.
Is there a dress code?
Panda Group is known for the elegance of its clientele. Therefore, to enter to the club, it's necessary to dress smartly.
Can I enter Panda Club or Panda Singstar in costume?
You can come in costume, but both at Panda Club and Panda Singstar, the right of admission is reserved. Therefore, we recommend not wearing costumes.

Where can I get tickets?
On the Fever app, available at Google Play and the Apple Store

Can I buy tickets on the door?
We will have a ticket office on-site. However, tickets might be sold out by the time you arrive at the event, so we recommend booking your tickets in advance to guarantee your spot. You can purchase tickets on the Fever app or on the Fever website.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone for free. It's as easy as clicking on "Transfer Tickets" in your Fever application entry. Please contact us if you need further assistance. Be sure to include your ticket order number.
Do I need to print my ticket?
No, your contactless tickets will be validated directly in the Fever app.
I can't find my ticket. What should I do?
You can view your ticket in the Fever app, under the 'Tickets' section. If you don't have the application installed, you can download it from the Apple Store o Google Play. Remember to log in with the same account you used to purchase the tickets. If you still can't find your ticket, please contact us.
Are refunds allowed? What is the exchange policy?
Subject to availability, date and/or time changes are allowed up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience. In this case, please contact us indicating the identification number of your ticket. No refunds are allowed under any circumstances. For more information, please consult our T&Cs.
Can I make a group reservation?
If you would like to book for a large group, please contact info@pandaclub.es with your preferred date of attendance and group size.
About access to the event
Do I need to arrive at the start of my scheduled session?
It's recommended to arrive at the time indicated on your ticket, but you can enter the venue up to 30 minutes before the closing time.
Can I bring animals? Are service dogs allowed?
Unfortunately, animals are not allowed at the event venue, not even service animals.
Is the site accessible?
Yes, the event will be held in an accessible location. We have entrances and area reserved for people with reduced mobility.
Will there be restrooms available on site?
This place has restrooms; ask our on-site staff for directions.
Can I take pictures or record the experience?
Do not hesitate to take pictures and share them. When taking pictures, be sure not to disturb others. Professional equipment and tripods are not allowed.
Where can I inquire about lost and found?
If you've forgotten something at the karaoke, don't worry. You can contact our team at the venue from 6 p.m. to midnight, and they will assist you.
Is there a checkroom available?
A checkroom is available at this location; ask our staff for directions on site.
Is there an age requirement?
This experience only allows guests who are 18 years and older.
