Program: Dream School Application Package Review (Seniors/Rising Seniors)

Length: 60 minutes

Fee: $500/session

Program description: This session will provide a thorough review of one completed application package and offer in-depth critique of all aspects of the application from overall personal branding to online form completion.

This session is intended for a one-time review. If additional reviews are necessary after the revision, please arrange for additional sessions.

How to book a session:

  1. Email office@polariscollegecounseling.com to inquire about our upcoming availability as our schedule tends to fill up significantly during the application season, particularly as we approach the admissions deadlines.

  1. Complete the Dream School Application Package Review Form.

  1. Pay the fee of $500.

    Payment methods: Zelle (
office@polariscollegecounseling.com) or PayPal (office@polariscollegecounseling.com). Please leave a note in the transaction: “Admissions Profile Booster Session for [Student Name].”

*We encourage you to pay via Zelle to reduce service charges!

  1. Request from Polaris a scheduling calendar upon completion of the form.

Documents Needed for a Thorough Review

  1. All the essays and short-answer responses saved in one Word document
  2. All other parts of the application saved through the application system as one PDF
  3. Unofficial 4-year high school transcript
  4. Questions and issues you’d like to cover in the meeting

You have the option to share these materials either through a Google Drive folder or by sending an email to office@polariscollegecounseling.com.

**Please make sure to submit a polished application package rather than a rough draft as this program is NOT designed for students who have just started the process.

Thank you, and we look forward to a fruitful discussion!
