LICA’S Workshop Sessions will run through December 2018.

Please fill in the date/s you are available to teach this workshop.

Please note that the Gallery Hours are Saturday & Sundays between 11 am to 6pm. Let us know what time of day and how many hours your workshop will run. We can also set up workshops on weekdays.

SUPPLIES AND MATERIALS

Please outline the supplies you would need to conduct this workshop.

• Please note that LIC-A has an account with Materials for the Arts.  Instructors would be responsible for gathering whatever supplies necessary for their workshop.

• LIC-A has tables and folding chairs. Instructors will be responsible for setting up and putting all tables and chairs back into the storage area.

• At the end of each workshop participants can hang their work for review. Instructors are asked to please photograph the work produced during the workshop for LIC-A’s advertising and promotion.

• Your students must take their work home with them the same day.

FEE AND COMPENSATION

• The fee LIC-A will charge attendees will be between $30 and $50.00 per 3-hour session, which could include materials depending on their cost.  If the materials required are expensive we will need to add on a materials charge to cover that cost.

• 60% of the money collected will be paid to the instructor.  LIC-A will retain the other 40% to help cover the costs of events.

• Last but not least LIC-A wishes to thank you for conducting this workshop and your willingness to share your talent and expertise with the community.
