THE EXPERIENCE

What can I expect from “Bubbles & Burlesque”?

A camp circus-style drag show combining the world-class acrobatics of AirOtic Soirée and DC’s finest drag entertainers! Cocktails available before, during and after the show!                                        

Where is the experience located?

The event will take place at Hook Hall, 3400 Georgia Ave NW, Washington, DC 20010                                                

Does the experience take place in an indoor or outdoor venue?

The show will be held in an indoor venue, with assigned seating.                        

Will food and beverage be available on site for purchase?

Beverages will be available on-site for purchase.                                        

How long does the experience last?

The complete experience, from Doors Open is 2 hours which includes a cocktail mingle, accompanied by ambient music and delectable drinks! Followed by “Bubbles & Burlesque” the main stage show!                                

Is the experience accessible for deaf people?

Yes. There is an MC, but most performances are visual.

What accessibility options do we have for someone visually impaired?

A host will assist guests with accessibility needs.                                                

Is the event accessible for those with disability needs?                                

Yes, a host will assist with all disability needs.                                                

Will there be strobe lights?                                        

Yes, this event uses theatrical strobe lighting, water, paint, and smoke.

Can I take photos or record the experience?                                        

Feel free to take photos and share them, tagging our socials! Flash photography is STRICTLY prohibited, for safety. (When taking photos, please make sure not to disturb other customers.)                                        

Are there chairs available? Can I be seated during the experience/exhibition?

Yes, the show is seated.

Will restrooms be available on site?

Do I need to wear a mask?
No.

Do I need to arrive at the start of my scheduled session?

The time listed when selecting your tickets, is the “Doors Open” time, when you will be let into the event. To enjoy the full experience we recommend arriving on- time, enjoying the cocktail hour and pre-show pop-ups, which will allow plenty of time to sip, mingle and get comfortable for the main stage production!

What happens if I arrive late?

Entry will still be permitted, but no refunds or exchanges will be given.

Are service dogs allowed?

Yes.                

Is there an age requirement?

21+ with a valid ID.

Is there parking available?

There is metered street parking available, as well as various parking lots all within walking distance. Due to high volumes, we highly recommend using ride-share services or arriving early as parking fills up quickly.                                                

TICKETS

Can I purchase a ticket at the event?

Yes; however this event tends to sell out quickly! We recommend purchasing in advance to guarantee your ticket, as door tickets are sold on a “first come first served” basis with no guarantee of availability.

Are refunds allowed? What is the exchange policy?

Subject to availability, change of date and/or time are permitted up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience. In such cases, please contact us indicating your ticket ID. Refunds are not allowed under any circumstances.

Tickets and seats are purchased for specific show dates and are not interchangeable. If you do not attend the specific show date and time, you will not receive a refund or be able to use that ticket for another show date. For more information, you can refer to our T&Cs.                                                

Do I need to print my ticket?

No, your contactless tickets will be validated directly in the Fever App.                

Can I transfer my tickets to another person?                                

Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone for free. It is as easy as clicking "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket on the Fever App. Please contact us for additional help. Make sure to include your ticket order number.

Can I reschedule my tickets to another date/time, or upgrade/downgrade my ticket?

We may be able to help reschedule or exchange your ticket for another date, time or ticket type that has not already sold out. Please contact us for more information. Make sure to include your ticket order number.

What are the official sellers for this experience?

Official tickets for Airotic Soirée can only be purchased on Fever. Tickets are not available on any other website or ticketing platform.                                

Can I make a group booking?

If you would like to book for a group, please contact us to get in touch with your preferred attendance date and the size of your group.                                

I can't find my ticket. What can I do?

You can find your ticket with the QR code in the Fever app, within the Tickets section. If you don't have it installed, you can download it from the Apple Store or Google Play. Remember to log in using the same account that you used when buying the tickets. If you still cannot find your ticket, please contact us.

                                                

Splash Zone:                                

“Bubbles & Burlesque” is an up-close immersive experience. Tickets surrounding main stage including, are considered in the splash zone, these seats could possibly get slightly splashed during the show.
