Minutes of Board Meeting
Minutes of the Middle-Income Housing Authority (MIHA) Finance Subcommittee meeting held on September 12, 2024. The following were present, including members of the MIHA board, staff, and the public:

Minutes:
- Johnson stated that since the subcommittee is not taking action at this meeting a quorum is not necessary. Johnson started the meeting with a role call and asked for public comment. No public comment was received or heard.
- Grosscup, a guest speaker from the Colorado Housing and Finance Authority (CHFA), presented on the new Middle-Income Housing Tax Credit (MIHTC).
- Johnson wrapped up the meeting at 10:01 AM.
