PAM Will Provide:

• 20 amp circuit w/ power strip
• Speaker system (2-3 flr)
• Small set of mics or DI inputs, vocal mic or two if needed
• We have a few music stands on site if that’s helpful

Ambush can provide for DJ’s upstairs 4th floor to share^{[e][f][g][h][i][j][k]}

• Mixer for turntables
• PA and small mixing console
• Rane One DJ controller (artist can bring a laptop and plug and play- additional channels open that would make it easy for any dj's that are using their own controllers to plug into that mixer)

Artists Will Provide:

• Instruments, backline, etc w/ ¼” cables if they have amplifiers or pedal boards.
• DJ mixer w/ any inter-cabling needed
• Turntables for records

Saturday, November 22

LOAD IN

9:30 AM: Artists arrive and load in gear. Meet in the lobby of the Mark Building (North Wing) located at 1119 SW Park Ave (Entrance is on Park Ave). Gear load in to Trustees Room Jane or Jared will meet you.

TLE Marketing Load in to Trustees Room

Pull Up to front of Mark building, leave hazards on and unload to the sidewalk, then park your car in either the lot or the street. Please arrive promptly at 9:30 as the street in front of The Mark Building will be closed starting at 10am.

***You can load in at the front doors of the Mark Building located on Park Ave, in between Main St. and Madison. There is a ramp to the left of the doors if needed.

***Note: Park Ave (between Main and Jefferson) will be closed starting at 10:00am.

11:30 AM:

        Small Skies set up and sound check in 300, Rothko Pavilion 3rd Floor

        DJs set up and sound check in 401, Rothko Pavilion 4th Floor

Artists show up at least 90 minutes prior to their scheduled performance.

10:30 AM: Small Skies and DJ DaCosta arrive. Head to the Trustees Room, located on the 4th floor of the Mark Building.

11:30 AM:

        Small Skies set up and sound check in 300, Rothko Pavilion 3rd Floor

        DJs set up and sound check in 401, Rothko Pavilion 4th Floor

12:00 PM: Crystal Quartez and Papi + Eagle Sun King arrive. Head to the Trustees Room, located on the 4th floor of the Mark Building.

12:00 PM- 1:00 PM: Small Skies performance in 300, Rothko Pavilion 3rd Floor

12:00 PM- 1:30 PM: DJ DaCosta performance in 401, Rothko Pavilion 4th Floor

Parking:

There is generally plenty of street parking surrounding the Museum. These spaces range from 1-4 hours and can be paid for using a credit card or the Parking Kitty app. There are also surface parking lots, and parking garages within 1-4 blocks of the Museum. The closest surface lot is located at SW Main St. between SW 10th Ave. and Park Ave, and there are dedicated accessible and van accessible spaces. This lot accepts credit card or the Reef app.
