You decide you want to add another room, how many square feet could it be? (Remember the maximum is 400 square feet)

Some rooms will be carpeted, some will have tile. Decide the flooring for each room and calculate how many square feet of tile and how many square feet of carpet will you need 

48 square feet carpet in bedroom. 18 square feet tile in bathroom. 35 square carpet in the game room. 56 square feet of tile in the kitchen. 117 square feet of carpet. 6 (what?)wood tile on the porch.
