PLYMOUTH-CANTON SERVICE DESK SELF-SERVE PORTAL
To access the self-serve portal, click the following URL and bookmark it in your Chrome Browser:
Your Login Username is your Google email address and your Login password is your network password (not your Google password, rather the password you might use to login to a district desktop). (Newly hired, see note at bottom.}
After you successfully login, you will be redirected to the Plymouth-Canton Service Desk self-serve portal.
Click the appropriate request type. Fill out requested information and Click Create. You will receive an email letting you know that your request has been received.
** FOR NEWLY HIRED STAFF:
You will first need to login to a district desktop computer with your computer user name:
and your temporary computer password
After you have changed the initial, temporary password you were issued - your login will work for the helpdesk.
