1. General Information:
1. By commissioning me, you agree to these terms of service
2. I reserve the right to refuse your commission for whatever reason I wish without a given explanation.
3. Breaking this agreement will result in blacklisting from future purchases. Further infractions will result in a ban. If after accepting work I discover the customer has a past of delinquent payments, returns, or reselling, I reserve the right to refund money before work is completed. If I don't like how a consumer is treating me I also reserve the right to refund money before work is completed.
4. I reserve the right to ignore unreasonable, aggressive or offensive clients and claim the right to cancel any commission if the client behaves as stated above or for personal reasons.
5. I reserve the right to change any and all information on this page and/or any and all prices at any time without warning. Already paid commissions will not be affected.
2. Payment and Process
1. Payment must be made through Paypal only. Commission payments must be made in Euros.
2. For purchases less than 200 euros, the payment must be made in full up front. For purchases over 200 euros, it can be split, half in the beginning, other half upon completion.
3. I will send out an invoice for the payment.
4. Clients may set a deadline for an additional fee, depending on the time and complexity of the commission.
5. I reserve the right to deny a deadline if it does not agree with my schedule
6. Clients may check in when they feel it's necessary for updates, assurance or reminders as long as it follows point 1.4.
7. After completion, the client will receive a full-sized, signed, digital version of the work.
8. The client may request a postponed public showcase of the work until a specific date. Client also reserves the right to remain anonymous if requested.
9. Clients get a full refund if I cancel the commission due to personal reasons, or if the client cancels the commission before work has been started.
10. Clients won’t get a refund if the commission is done, or if the ordered commission is a sketch which has been started.
11. Clients can get a partial refund (the initial payment minus the work that has been done) if they wish to cancel the commission after I've started working.
12. I aim to complete a commission within two months.
13. With the exception of wing-it sketches and speedpaints, the client will receive progress pictures between certain stages of the commission, where the client may ask for revisions. After the sketch phase has been approved, no more major revisions are allowed unless additionally paid for. Minor revisions can be made throughout the commission, but are limited, and may be declined if it happens to be too major, unreasonably minor, or of repetitive nature.
14. Wing-it sketches and speedpaints do not get progress pictures between stages, and no major revisions are included in this commission type. However a few minor revisions may be requested to the finished piece, but may be declined if it happens to be too major, unreasonably minor, or of repetitive nature.
3. Image rights
1. Do not redistribute, reproduce, or otherwise use any parts of the image for personal profit. Non-commercial use only, unless previously discussed.
2. Personal use of the image is allowed. Re-uploading to your personal DeviantArt or other online gallery is also permitted as long as credit is given back to me for the original artwork, leaving the signature intact and clearly seen, and publishing only the low resolution size version.
3. The artwork will be copyrighted to myself. You may not claim the artwork as your own. Original characters and idea will still hold the copyright of the original creator/owner.
4. I reserve full rights to the artwork and to use any images in personal portfolios, advertising material, etc. I will only resell it and use it in further production with the clients permission.
