Let's hunt some Pork… Again!
It's back, the porkiest event in the league, with the most delicious prizes!
This event was a big hit last year, with demand for more spaces. So this year we're going BIGGER!
Same theme. New edition. New scenarios. More pies!

09:00 - 09:30 Registration
10:15 - 11:45 Round 1 - Oink, that's mine! (Domination variant)
11:55 - 13:25 Round 2 - Consume the supplies!
(Destroy the supplies variant)
LUNCH (Probably Pork in some form)
14:10 - 15:40 Round 4 - Breathe… That's the key!
(Reconnoitre variant)
15:50 - 17:20 Round 4 - Hog of war!
(Fog of war variant)

17:30 Awards and Home!
Lunch provided. There will be pork. There will be other options too to accommodate all dietary requirements!
There will be four custom scenarios, adapted from the 6 in the current edition core rules!

What should I bring with me?
•The current edition of the core rules.
•Armies of the LoTR and/or the Hobbit/Middle Earth.
Alternatively, the PDFs for Angmar/Arnor.
•Any sourcebooks with rules for your models.
•(FAQ’s for these are also useful although they will be on hand)
•A copy (paper or digital) of this rules pack
(If you forget there will be copies available on the day)
•A copy of your 600 point list (paper or digital)
•Measuring tape, dice, writing implements and a way to track your M/W/F/Ws!
•A set of 6 objective markers
•A tray or really useful box (Handy to save you packing and unpacking models all day)
•An army! Please read the requirements below carefully!
Army Composition
•Maximum 600 points!
•Minimum 3 Models!
•Models must be painted and based to a table top standard!
•THREE PORKERS!
Your army must include at least 3 heroes to be your Three Porkers. These can be any three heroes from your army roster, and must be the three highest tier heroes in your army.
Should you have more than three heroes in your army that meet this criteria, you may choose three suitable heroes from those available.
Your general must be the first of your Three Porkers.
Miniatures and Painting
All miniatures must be a fair representation of the profiles you're using in your army. Conversions, prints and proxies are allowed, but please submit images of them via email to me prior to the event of using any of these.
WYSIWYG is encouraged for clarity, but not enforced. Just make sure your opponent knows who has what please before the game begins!
All miniatures must be painted to a take top standard, with a minimum of three colours and basing.
You are welcome to play with miniatures that have been built and/or painted by someone else, but should you enter them into the best painted awards they will be DISQUALIFIED
Scoring and Awards
Win - 3 Tournament Points
Draw - 2 Tournament Points
Loss - 1 Tournament Point
Tie breakers - Victory Points, followed by Margin of Victory.
This is not a sweaty competitive event. Please remember that it's important that both you and your opponent are enjoying the game for the duration.
All attendees are expected to conduct themselves in a sporting and fair way!
If you can't agree on a rule, please have a good look in your books. Failing that, ask your neighbouring table. If no conclusion can be found grab a TO!
First round will be random pairings.
Following rounds will be Adjacent pairings.
Most Sporting - Something Porky!
Best Three Porkers - Something Porky!
Best Themed Force - Something Porky!
Best Painted Army - Something Porky!
1st Place - Shiny Trophy!
2nd Place - Shiny Trophy!
3rd Place - Shiny Trophy!
Last Place - Pie Dolly of Glory!

Tickets are £25 each. This covers entry to the event along with Lunch!
Bring your wallet, as there will be an abundance of extra drinks, snacks, cakes and goodies available on the day as optional extras!
Everyone will also receive an event exclusive goody bag for attending!

Any payments received prior to the ticket sales date and time stated above will be refunded.

The first 44 players will secure a place.
