- Today’s warmup will be a word search. There are 2 levels to try (you can work with a person next to you to to help each other to find the words):
- Use the Skitch Line Tool at the thinnest setting to draw lines through your words so you can still see the letters like this:
- Replace your hyperlink symbol with this image (use copy/paste) and link it to this article where the words came from: 15 Traits Of The Ideal Employee: http://www.evernote.com/l/ACtjqCji4F5GU5_Vu7Uy7hsFB-IjxEDzFaY/

Â
- Today we have these learning goals (all objectives to date)
- Learn how to use the Skitch Line, Color and Resize tools to markup a word search
- Create a new spreadsheet for lists of important people and things in your life
- Create a picture map of those people and things from your spreadsheet as a visual introduction of who you are
- Create a new Spreadsheet in your 103 Drive Folder which we will use to make lists (you can name it whatever you like… I used P4 in the video but the name is not important)
- Your spreadsheet should have 2 columns
- People: Who are the most important people in your life? (for example, parents, siblings, relatives, friends, athletes, musicians, clubs or organizations)
- Interests (places, activities, things): What are your favorite things to do or have and where have you been or would you like to go someday?
- In other words, you like (what) because of (who)?
- Here’s a labeled image of what you are making
- Open your 4.05 file in Google Classroom and add the Circle Map image to your Slide4Â background
- Add images to represent the things you like. Search Google for your images or use images from your Drive or Phone if you have any. Use WordArt for names or labels (Favorite Fonts Collection or Gzaas). You need at least 5 images in each area, but you can add more than that if you like. Here’s my completed example of what we’re trying to make (using the things I put in my spreadsheet)

- Make it look cool! Fill your Circle Map with stuff that explains who you are!
