‘Compromise’ Social Skill Worksheet

What do you think it means to ‘compromise’ in social situations

Do you think it is beneficial to make compromises?

Have there been situations in your life where you have used compromise to solve a problem with success?

How do you feel about the problems and challenges you faced in making the above compromise?

Set one or two short-term goals to improve your ability to compromise in your daily life (e.g., listening more in discussions, finding common ground).
