  • Kitty’s Laundrette: starting a worker-community coop from scratch and what we learned (Grace Harrison and colleagues? Sion to suggest)
  • CECOP general assembly in June, Manchester - planning sessions, visits, social
  • Barefoot worker coop organising update (Nathan Brown/Mark Simmonds?)
  • Invite Ed Mayo. Role worker coops in destroying coops. Or Nick Mathews.
  • Invite international speaker.
  • Reframing organising - how to make and ‘own’ new understandings of words like leading, managing, feedback, performance, strategy etc
  • An ‘enquiry’ into selling - how to make selling an enjoyable experience that adds value and helps a worker coop increase its impact (and surplus!)
