Q1. Why am I unable to add more than two devices?
Answer: You can add up to two devices to your profile free of charge. You can further add as many devices as you want after purchasing the application. Even the free service is putting load on our servers. We need to be able to pay for the cost of running the servers to able to provide you with this wonderful service. Please purchase the application and show your support!
Q2. I am unable to switch On the Bluetooth and WiFi remotely from a device.
Answer: You can only switch them Off. When you see that battery of any of your device is low, you can switch off the WiFi and Bluetooth to save the battery.
Q3. Why does it close everytime I open it?
Answer: This might be because of data corruption, we are working to stabilize it. For quick fix, please clear data by going into the android application manager and re-login. If the problem persists even after that, please click report button when it closes.
Q4. Why paid?
Answer: It is really impossible to keep running this service free of cost. When you add more devices, it requires more infrastructure to serve you better. Potential makes high use of servers to minimize the overhead on your devices.

Unlimited Devices: Once you get the paid version of Potential, you will be able to keep track of all your devices. It is easy to get all information on one screen instead of multiple screens!
Low Battery Notifications: Forgot charging one of your devices? It’s not an issue any more. Get a notification whenever the battery of any of your devices is running low. You do not have to worry about keeping an eye on all your devices. We will inform you immediately if the battery of any of your devices falls below a threshold level.
No Ads: Even we think that Ads are not aesthetic and worsen the user experience. But we need your support to scale our infrastructure to be able to keep providing you with all these great services.
Widget: Widgets are always more convenient to use if you just want to keep a track of everything. We are currently in the process of creating a widget that will let you monitor the battery status of all your devices directly from your home screen.
