By purchasing our virtual design services and packages you agree and have read the following

- You feel our design style based on our instagram and website is the style you prefer for your spaces

- You have understood this service is completely virtual

- You will provide a budget

- You understand that this will only be the design board and links, RRD does not purchase or course furniture and decor items. You will be responsible for the actual implementation of the design based on the design boards built.

- Since we are providing ACTIVE links you should have a quicker time frame in mind for purchasing decor items. After 30 days of delivery of the design board if the link has moved, changed or sold out RRD is not responsible for re-sourcing the item.

-RRD will not start any work until the onboarding paperwork is filled in, signed and returned

- Our typical turnaround is 1-3 weeks but can be up to 5 weeks.

- Once you submit your purchase there are NO refunds or returns.

- All furniture provided in the design board is based on the client's accurate measurements and details provided of the space. RRD is not responsible or liable for any losses on items that do not fit upon installation. All returns and restocking fees if applicable would be at the responsibility of you, the client.

- Some items may be sources through like to know it, which RRD earns a small commission off of. This helps to support our business to continue running, we appreciate the support.

- You are fully understanding that this service is virtual and RRD will not be seeing items in person and some items may appear different online than in person, it is up to the client to read and complete reviews of the items before purchase.

- Purchases of design packages are honored for 3 months, if there are any reasons that the design process has not started and price increases or changes happen in that time frame the client will be invoiced for the difference before we start the project.

- RRD reserves the right to share your project upon completion, but if you would like to discuss NOT sharing, please make sure to bring that up immediately in the consultation.

- RRD is not providing anything with regards to engineering or architectural remodel purposes.
